Electronics engineer for operating technology / automation technology (m/f/d)

As FINKBEINER Holzindustrie KG and FINKBEINER Logistik & Fahrzeugtechnik GmbH, we are the fifth generation to combine a sawmill and planing mill, log logistics and an independent commercial vehicle workshop in Triberg. To strengthen our maintenance team, we are now looking for an electronics technician for operating technology / automation technology (m/f/d) - alternatively mechatronics engineer (m/f/d) - full-time, permanent.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, inspection and maintenance of our electrical systems and production machines
• Analysis of faults as well as systematic troubleshooting and independent troubleshooting
• Ensuring system availability and minimizing downtimes
• Installation, expansion and optimization of electrical components and controls
• Participation in conversions, modernizations and new machine facilities
• Documentation and tracking of maintenance, malfunctions and measures in our digital property management system

Profile

• Completed training as an electronics technician for industrial engineering, automation technology, mechatronics engineer, electrician or comparable
• Experience in maintaining production facilities is an advantage
• Safe handling of measuring and testing devices
• Knowledge of control and automation technology (e.g. PLC) desirable
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working as well as strong teamwork skills in the maintenance team
• Technical understanding and the ability to systematically analyze faults and resolve them sustainably
